Breakfast Date With Komal Pandey | Three healthy breakfast recipes| Pancakes, Smoothie and Granola

  • I got along with the amazing @Komal Pandey to make a spread of healthy but delicious breakfast. We made-
    1) double chocolate granola

    2) oat flour pancakes

    3) berry-banana smoothie

    Double Chocolate Granola Recipe-

    1/2 cup quinoa

    1 cup oats

    1/4 cup flax seeds

    1/4 cup assorted seeds

    1/2 cup chopped walnuts

    1/2 tsp ginger powder

    1 tsp cinnamon powder

    1/2 cup cocoa powder

    1/2 cup honey

    1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

    Berry Banana Smoothie-

    3/4 cup frozen berries

    1/2 cup soy milk

    1 frozen banana

    1/2 cup Greek yogurt

    1 tbsp maple syrup

    Lemon and Chia seed pancakes-

    3/4 cup whole wheat flour

    3/4 cup oats flour

    1+1/2 tsp baking powder

    2 tbsp castor sugar

    1 cup soy milk

    1/4 cup oil

    1 egg

    1 tsp lemon juice

    zest of 1 lemon

    2 tbsp chia seeds

    1/4 cup frozen blueberries

    1 tbsp maple syrup
