    For masala

    Potato-2 big boiled
    Oil
    Mustard seeds-1/2 tspn
    Kadala Parippu/Channa Dal-1/2 tspn
    Ginger-1/2 tspn
    Onion-1 big
    Green chillies-2
    Curry leaves
    Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
    Water
    Salt

    For poori

    Wheat flour-2 cups
    Rava-1 tspn
    Oil-1 tspn
    Salt
    Warm water
    Oil for frying

    For tea/chai

    Milk-1/2 glass
    Water-1/2 glass
    Sugar-as needed
    Tea powder-as needed
