    Finished Internal Temp: Internal temp of 160-165 degrees

    Basic Supplies Needed:
    Sharp Knifes
    Spoon or ice cream scoop
    Long skewers (bamboo)
    Wax Paper

    Basic Ingredients:
    Pork Loin or boneless pork ribs
    Whole Pineapple
    Thick Bacon
