poori with Moong Dal - Sambhar Masala Poori - Stuffed masala Poori

    In a pan add 1 tsp of oil
    Add 1 tsp of mustard seeds
    Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds
    Add 2 sprigs of curry leaves
    Add 1 tsp of finely chop garlic
    Add 1 tsp of chopped green chilies
    Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder
    Add pinch of hing
    Add ½ cup of chopped shallots
    Add 1 cup of moong dal
    And fry for 1 minute.
    Then add some salt
    Add some water
    Add 1 tsp of coriander powder
    Add 1 tsp of sambar powder
    Add ½ tsp of red chilli powder
    Add 1 tb spn of coriander leaves
    And cook for 10 minutes
    Take a bowl add 1 cup of wheat flour
    Add 1 cup of all purpose flour
    Add pinch of salt
    Add 1 tsp of oil
    Add some water and mix it well
    Then make puri and stuff the moong dal mixture seal it
    Now fry the moong dal puri in hot oil and serve hot.
