  • Breakfast ideas with bread - French Toast, Bread Dosa, Cheese Toast, Bread Bonda

    Ingredients:
    Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
    Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
    Chana dal - ½ teaspoon
    Urad dal 1 teaspoon
    Cashew nuts 4-5 number
    Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
    Onion - 1 number
    Hing - pinch
    Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
    Ginger - 1 number
    Green chili - 5-6 number
    Salt - to taste
    Bread - 10- 12 slices
    Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
    Coriander leaves - ½ bunch
    Oil - to fry
    Boiled potato - 2 number
    Semolina - ½ cup
    Rice flour - ½ cup
    Buttermilk - ½ cup
    Eggs - 7 number
    Dry herbs - 1 teaspoon
    Butter - ½ cup
    Tomato- 1 number
    Cheese - ½ cup
    Sugar - 1 tablespoon
    Milk - 100 ML
    Green Apple - 1 number
    Cinamon powder - ½ teaspoon
    Honey - 1 teaspoon



    For Bread Lemon Upma
    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, cashew nuts, curry leaves, onion, hing, turmeric, chopped ginger, green chili and fry them
    Now add salt, bread pieces, lemon juice along with water and mix well.
    Finally, add coriander leaves and serve hot.



    For aloo masala bread bonda

    Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, onions, salt, turmeric, green chili and fry them till onions are soft.
    Now add boiled potato, mix well and keep aside till it gets cool.
    Then make the potato mixture into dumplings and keep aside.
    Take a bread slice, dip in the water, squeeze out the extra water place potato dumpling and shape it like a bonda, roll it in a maida and fry them in hot oil till they get a nice color and serve hot.

    For Bread dosa:
    Take a blender, add semolina, rice flour, salt, buttermilk and blend well.
    To that add bread powder mix it well and make it like a dosa batter by adding some oil.
    Now heat the griddle, pour the batter, put oil, potato masala and fry till it is well cooked and serve.


    Omelet cheese chilly toast:

    Take a bowl to add eggs, beat well by adding a pinch of salt and dry herb.
    Heat a griddle, pour the egg batter, place the bread slices by adding butter toast them well.
    On the top add green chili, tomato pieces, onion, cheese and fry till cheese melts by putting the lid on and serve hot.

    For french toast:
    Take a bowl to add sugar, milk, eggs and beat well.
    Now take a bread put apple pieces on top, cinnamon powder cover it with another bread slice and dip in an egg mixture.
    Heat the griddle put some butter, place the bread slices and cook on both sides and serve it with honey.
