Custard Cups with Gulab Jamun | Indian Dessert Recipes - No Bake, Eggless | Holi special recipe

  • Holi is almost here and I'm so excited to share these thandai custard cups with you. They have a layer of biscuits, a luscious thandai spiced custard and gulab jamun on top with some silver and slivered pistachios. These custard cups are no-bake and very quick to put together! I hope you enjoy this festival with the people you love :)



    2 cups (240gms) crushed biscuits
    6tbsp (90gms) melted butter
    ( you can half the quantity of biscuits and butter if your jars are not too big)

    4tbsp (60gms) custard powder
    3/4 cup (180ml) milk
    4tbsp sugar
    1 + 1/4 cup (300ml) milk
    3tbsp (45gms) thandai powder

    gulab jamun for top ( store bought)
