  • Palm Bay Florida Heritage Parkway North Exit FDOT project ends in Eau Gallie - Melbourne Florida

The Saint John's Heritage Parkway, a project in the "works" for Twenty plus years is finally a step closer to becoming a reality.

It will allow residents of the City of Palm Bay's Northwestern and future Southwestern sections, a way out and around of a City plagued with road and Traffic pattern problems as "Growth" continues.

This it the current view of the FDOT Exit with a turn South to State Road 192 (New Haven) as Heritage parkway section 1 lays off in the distance behind. (See earlier videos).

The Exit will get its overpass scheduled for the night of April 28th 2019 and we'll bring you that video when it happens.

Some 22 miles in length, it officially starts at the Southern Exit of Interstate 95 at what will be Exit 166 and run North to mile marker 182 (Northbound), ending in Melbourne Florida's Eau Gallie section.
The City of Eau Gallie merged with The City of Melbourne Florida in 1969.

The St Johns Heritage Parkway travels through the Cities of Palm Bay, West Melbourne and Melbourne Eau Gallie Florida.

The City of Palm Bay Florida plans to add an Emerald Lakes Development and Florida Power and Light will be adding a Power station in the southern area.
