Egg Pepper Chop Curry - Spicy Egg Curry

    In a pan add 1 tsp of oil
    Add ½ tsp of fennel seeds
    Add 4 cloves
    Add 1 cinnamon stick
    Add 1 tsp of pepper
    Add 1 tsp of garlic
    Add 4 green chillies
    Add 1 cup of onions
    Add some salt and cook in
    medium flame for few minutes
    Then cool down then mixture
    Transfer in to a mixie jar and grind into fine paste
    In a plate add 1 tsp of coriander powder
    Add ½ tsp of cumin powder
    Add ½ tsp of red chilli powder
    Add some salt
    Add 1 tsp of lime juice
    Add some water
    Then coat the boiled eggs
    And coat in egg mixture
    Heat a pan add some oil
    And arrange the eggs and cook
    For 10 minutes
    In another pan add 1 tb spn of oil
    Add 5 round red chillies
    Add 1 tsp of mustard seeds
    Add 2 sprigs of curry leaves
    Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder
    Add grinded onion masala
    Add 1 tsp of curry powder
    Add 1 tsp of red chilli powder
    Add ½ cup of curd and boil for 5 minutes
    Now add fried eggs
    In the last add chopped coriander leaves
    Serve with hot rice
