    1 LITER PURE RAW DAIRY MILK (DON'T USE PASTEURIZED MILK)
    LUKE WARM UP THE MILK (NOT TO BOIL)
    TURN OFF THE FLAME OR HEAT
    4 TABLESPOON VINEGAR
    MIX & STIR CONTINUOUSLY
    AFTER 1 MIN. CURDLE WILL SEPARATE
    STRAIN THE MILK WATER
    SQUEEZE THE LEFTOVER WATER USING YOUR PALM
    DIP IT IN WARM WATER
    KNEAD THE CHEESE VERY WELL FOR 4 MIN. (IT WILL INCREASE THE ELASTICITY OF THE CHEESE)
    DIP IT IN CHILL WATER
    AGAIN KNEAD THE CHEESE FOR 2 MIN.
    CHEESE IS ALMOST READY
    COVER THE CHESSE WITH WRAPING PLASTIC
    TAKE OUT THE CHEESE FROM THE FRIDGE
    YOUR MOZZARELLA CHEESE IS READY TO USE
    YOU CAN GRATE THE CHEESE
    YOU CAN USE THE CHEESE AS SLICE
    PUT IT IN PRE-HEATED PAN
    COOK IT FOR 10 MIN.
    DONE !!!
