    Cheddar cheese may just be the most popular cheese in America, and maybe the most popular cheese in the world! There’s just something about the way it crowns a burger, or fancies up a bowl of macaroni and cheese. It’s love at first bite.
    If you want to learn how to make cheddar cheese, then watch this video and set aside part of a Saturday to make it. It’s not a difficult process, but it took me about 6 hours to get it into the first press. You will feel like an accomplished cheesemaker for sure!
