  • Pani used in filling the small round poori is a concoction combining water and few spices and stuffed with any of your favorite concoctions. stuffing can be anything that you like which includes mashed boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, onions, yoghurt, chilli sauce, chopped tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves.

    Sooji 1cup
    maida 2tbsp
    atta 1 tbsp

    pinch 0 black salt
    as needed 0 chilli pdr
    as needed 0 coriander leaves
    1/2 tsp coriander pdr
    1/2 tbsp cumin pdr
    as needed 0 gr chilli
    as needed 0 mint
    as needed 0 pepper
    as needed 0 salt
    1 fl.oz tamarind
    In a bowl add water, tamarind pulp, black salt, salt, pepper, red chilli powder,in a blender a
