    1kg. ground pork(60%fat/40%lean), chilled
    2 tsp salt(more if needed)
    1/2 tsp prague powder
    2 tsp accord powder
    1 cup brown sugar(more if needed)
    1 tsp MSG(vetsin)
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    2 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp black pepper powder
    3 tbsp oyster sauce
    2 tbsp anisado wine
    3 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp paprika powder
    2 tbsp pineapple juice
    1/4 tsp red food color(gel)


    1) Combine ground meat, prague powder, accord powder and salt. Mix well by hand
    2) Add sugar, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, MSG, chili powder, onion powder, pineapple juice, anisado wine, oyster sauce and red food coloe
    3) Cover and chill overnight
    4) Stuff: attach a funnel into the continues wrapper
    5) Push the mixture into the hole
    6) Tie the other end with a string
    7) Divide mixture equally
    8) Tie each portion. Create a space between each longganisa
    9) Repeat steps for the remaining mixture
    10)Cut the links of the longganisa and pack them in plastic bags
    11)Freeze until ready to serve
