My Pork Belly Burnt Ends Get Reviewed + Special Guest

  • Published on:  3/16/2021
  • I cooked up some BBQ for Ben and Thania recently and they felt compelled to make a video review to post on their YouTube channel and mine. The menu consisted of pork belly burnt ends, coleslaw, Hawaiian rolls, and some spicy garlic pickles. In this video, my daughter and I share our reactions to their review video and have a pretty good time doing it. Thanks for watching!

Pork Belly Burnt End Recipe: Cubed pork belly with Mad Moose BBQ's original rub. Sauced at the end with their Original and Bourbon Peach Habanero sauces.

    Ry's Coleslaw Recipe:
I love this recipe as is, but recently I've also been subbing the mayonnaise with Japanese kewpie mayo, adding some Chinese hot mustard, and then throwing in some Everything Bagel seasoning. Might sound weird but it is SO good!
