  • 3 TYPES FLAVOR CHICKEN BIRYANI

    White chicken;-
    In a bowl take 300 grams of chicken
    Add ½ egg white
    Add ¼ tsp of ginger garlic powder
    Add ½ tsp of crushed pepper
    Add ¼ tsp of mint powder
    Add 1 tsp of all purpose flour
    And mix it nicely.
    Then fry in hot oil
    Now put in a pan keep a side.
    Papak chicken;-
    In a bowl take 300 grams of chicken pieces
    Add 1tb spn of spinach paste
    Add 1 tsp of chopped green chillies
    Add ½ tsp of ginger garlic paste
    Add 2 pinches of nut meg powder
    Add ½ tsp of coriander powder
    Add ½ tsp of cumin powder
    Add 1 tsp of all purpose flour
    Add some salt and mix it nicely.
    Then fry the chicken pieces in hot oil
    Put the pieces in to a pan.
    Red chicken;-
    In a bowl take 300 grams of chicken
    Add ½ tsp of kashmiri chilli powder
    Add pinch of ajinomoto
    Add ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
    Add pinch of garam masala
    Add ½ tsp of cumin powder
    Add ½ tsp of coriander powder
    Add 1tsp of all purpose flour
    Add pinch of salt
    Add ½ tsp of mint leaves and mix it nicely.
    Then fry in hot oil.
    Now put in a pan add 1tb spn of mint leaves
    Add 1 tb spn of coriander leaves
    Add 1 cup of curd
    Add 1tb spn of biryani masala
    Add ½ cup of fried onions
    Take a pan add add water and boil it.
    Then add 1 tsp of shahjeera, bay leaf
    Add some salt and boil it.
    Add some oil, and 3 cup of basmati rice
    And cook it.
    Add this rice in to a pan
    Add 1 tb spn of mint
    Add 1 tb spn of coriander leaves
    Add 1 cup of vegetable stock
    And cook for 10 minutes.
    Transfer in to a plate and serve with salad.
