    Oats + Dates + Nut/Seed Milk = VOILÀ!
    It's a nice sweet breakfast that includes nutrients like

    -Potassium
    -Vitamin A
    -Calcium
    -Iron

    The recipe created in this video equals approximately 805 calories (according to MyFitnessPal) and for those who are especially active adding a couple bananas will definitely not hurt.

    IT CAN BE MODIFIED TO YOUR TASTE
    You can use unsweetened nut or seed milk
    Add different toppings like shredded coconut and fruit
