  • RICE RINGS

    Ingredients:
    Processed Rice flour - 1 cup
    Water - 1 ½ cups
    Cumin, pepper powder - ½ tsp
    Grated fresh coconut - 1 tbl spn
    Salt - as required
    Oil - for deep frying

    Method:
    Heat water in a vessel with one teaspoon oil and salt.
    Add coconut gratings to that water.
    When it starts boiling pour flour as a heap in the centre.
    Cook for 2 minutes, take out and mix well with the ladle.
    When it attains lukewarm, knead well with cumin, pepper powder.
    Prepare balls and roll like rings.
    Deep fry in hot oil. It will be crispy outside and soft inside.
