    無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 100g / 1/2cup
    细砂糖 caster sugar 100g / 1/2cup
    全蛋 whole egg 2 (50g+- per egg)
    香草精 vanilla extract 1/2tsp
    低筋面粉 cake flour 100g / 2/3cup
    泡打粉 baking powder 1.5g / 1/2tsp
    鮮奶 fresh milk 20ml / 4tsp
    乾椰絲 dried shredded coconut 30g / 1/3cup

    长模 Pan size 15x4x9cm

    摄氏170 / 华氏340 烘烤 30-35分钟
    Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 30-35 minutes
