    340 grams All-purpose/ Bread flour (2 1/4 cup)
    10 grams Granulated Sugar (3/4 tbsp)
    5 grams Instant Yeast (1 3/4 tsp)
    2 grams Salt
    1 large Egg ( 67g)
    1 tsp Vanilla Paste/ Vanilla Extract
    160 grams whole/ fresh milk ( 1/2 cup + 3 1/2 tbsp)
    30 g butter, softened (2 tbsp)

    others:

    1/2 cup sugar for coating
    1 liter or more oil, for deep frying
