Illegal immigrant raised in America and deported back to El Salvador struggles to feel at home

- An Illegal Immigrant that lived in America for over 30 years and was deported back to his home country of El Salvador still feels like a foreigner, 10 years later.
Rafa Arturo takes CBSN ORIGINALS' Executive Producer and Lead Correspondent Adam Yamaguchi on a tour of a local market where he rarely goes, because they'll up-charge him on account of his outsider status. Rafa struggles to fit in, but when he speaks English he really sticks out like a sore thumb. Since he was smuggled to America when he was a small child, English is his first language and he hardly spoke or read any Spanish when he was deported.
Even after a decade in El Salvador, he still has not become totally fluent in his native tongue. Watch the full CBSN ORIGINALS documentary at www.cbsnews.com/border
