OATS AND VEGETABLE KICHIDI - Mrs Vahchef

Oats cooked with a lot of vegetables make a nutritious khichdi, which is very helpful for weight loss and a perfect health.
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chillies 2
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Masoor dal(soaked overnight and boiled) 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Oats 1 cup
Mint ½ bunch
Take some oil in a hot pan and add cumin seeds, onions, salt, green chillies, turmeric, carrot, beans, tomatoes and cook for a while.
Now add boiled masoor dal and mix it well.
Now add water, lemon juice, oats, mint leaves and mix thoroughly for 2-3 min.
Switch off the flame and enjoy hot.
