Cooking my Catch in an Ammunition Canister

    Amazing day of fishing and perfect weather to cook this large Grass Rockfish on the spot! Used 3/4oz weight, black 4.5 inch Keitech Swimbait.
    I left the scales and skin on the fish and it protected the meat from the high heat. Cooked nicely, about 15 minutes on each side without much seasoning. Next time I'll bring back the butter.
