    [INGREDIENTS]
    To make Rasgullas:
    - 1 Litre Cow’s Milk (Amul brand)
    - 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
    - 1 Tsp white vinegar
    - 1 Cup Sugar
    - 3 Cups water

    To make rabri/rabdi
    - 1 Litre Buffalo’s full fat milk
    - Few strands of saffron
    - ½ Cup sugar
    - ¼ Cup sliced Pistachios, Almonds and Cashew nuts
