  • Invented by Tom Ryan (co-founder of Smashburgers) the Smashburger is a recent phenomenom. The smashing of the meatball shaped burger meat creates a crusty seared bottom that makes the flavor of the burger. Press for 10 seconds, season the top with Salt Pepper and Garlic, let is cook for 2 minutes 30 seconds and then turn. Add cheese and let that melt, meanwhile toast your buttery buns. Then build your Smashburger and let the fun begin. It is AWESOME!!!
