    TODAY'S RECIPE-ALOO BROAD BEANS CURRRY
    INGREDIENTS;
    broad beans-250grms
    potatoes-2
    onions-2small
    tomatoes-2large
    green chillies-2
    corriender leaves-few
    curry leaves-few
    mustard & cumin seeds-1tbs
    oiul-2tbs
    water-1cup(100ml)
    turmeric powder-1/4tbs
    chilley powder-2tbs
    dry coconut powder-2tbs
    corriender powder-1/2tbs
    ginger,garlic paste-1tbs

    PREPARATION METHOD FOR ALOO CHIKKUDU CURRY;
    first,take the broad beans & potatoes boil for 10mins on high flame.
    after 10mins,drain the potatoes & broad beans.,remove the peel & chopped potatoes into small pieces & keep aside for 5mins.
    now,heat the kadai & add 2tbs of oil.
    when the oil is hot,add cumin & mustard seeds.
    next add onions,curry leaves & green chillies.
    saute for 3mins.
    next add ginger,garlic paste & again cook for 2mins.
    now,add tomatoes & all spices.again cook for 5mins on MF.
    add water,coconut powder & corriender powders & again cook for 3mins on mf.
    now,add corriender leaves & cook for 2mins only.

    THAT'S IT CURRY IS READY TO SERVE & ENJOY!!!
