Ugadi Special | How to make Ugadi Pachadi Recipe

    Ingredients :

    Tamarind - 1/2 Cup
    Jaggery - 1 Cup
    Fresh Coconut - Grated as per your taste
    Raw Mango (Small) / Mamidi pindhey - 1 (Grated)
    Roasted Chana Dal / Putnalu - 1 tbsp
    Khus Khus - 1/2 tsp
    Black pepper Corn Crushed - 1/4th tsp
    Salt - 1/4th tsp
    Neem flowers / Vepa puvvu - as per your taste
    Water - adjust as per your consistency

    Procedure :
    -Make this refreshing drink for Ugadi special occasion in a new mud/clay pot.(soak the pot with water before using it for half a day)
    -Wash and Soak Tamarind in water.
    -Allow jaggery to melt in required amount of water.
    -Strain this jaggery melted water to discard any dust particles available
    -Squeeze Tamarind into it and discard the pulp
    -adjust water consistency as per your choice/taste
    -add all the ingredients and mix well
    -ugadi pachadi is ready to serve.
