  • Chorizo de Cebu is probably one of the top of my list of most favorite foods in my childhood. As an adult, I still consider it as my most favorite longanisa though it's not readily available in Manila where I lived. This is the first time I made this dish at home and after I first tasted it, it just brought back memories of my childhood. So I'm quite sure I got the recipe correctly. This one though is skinless but I don't think it matters.
