  • SHRIMP BROCCOLI is a healthy, quick, and easy to prepare vegetable dish. Shrimp and broccoli is sauteed in a savory sauce that consists of garlic, onion, oyster sauce and some other spices. Enjoy and serve it while it's hot, perfectly paired with a freshly steamed white rice.

    Ingredients:
    1 tsp baking soda (for boiling broccoli)
    4 cloves garlic
    1 medium-sized onion
    1/3 cup water
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground pepper
    30g oyster sauce
    3 tsp cornstarch slurry (1tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water)
    170g broccoli (pre-cooked)
    450g fried shrimps
    1tsp sesame oil
