I'm pretty sure banh xeo is not made with eggs. It's just the color from the tumeric powder.

  • Thu Trâm (Mar 8, 2019)

Boba Love 122 it’s not eggs, it’s flour and turmeric powder, coconut milk, and cooked mung beans then smashed the beans and mix together.

  • TheMamiFication (Feb 6, 2018)

There's no eggs in Bánh xèo 🙂it's the color from the turmeric powder. It's creamy because there's coconut milk, not because of eggs

  • Michael John G (Dec 21, 2018)

One of the nicest things about much of this Vietnamese food is that amount of fresh herbs and lettuce, veggies and fruit that every meal seems to have. It makes me really want to cook more of it at home.

  • hmrhuang (Mar 9, 2019)

Why you don't see many overweight Vietnamese walking around....=)

  • B Smith (Dec 21, 2018)

For sure try to start incorporating more Vietnamese foods into your diet! It’s INCREDIBLE how healthy all the Vietnamese dishes are. The only thing stopping them from being even healthier is just personal preference with more added veggies.
