    Samosa Pockets dough
    -flour 400g
    -oil 3 tablespoons
    -salt 1/2 teaspoon
    - water : enough to form a soft dough. Add a little at a time

    Beef samosa filling
    Ingredients
    -minced beef 300g
    -spring onions 2 bunches
    -garlic and ginger 2 tablespoons
    -cumin 1 teaspoon
    -curry powder 1 teaspoon
    -coriander 1 bunch
    -salt to taste
