  • This chicken pickle is a very popular in the pickle recipe and it must pickle to be placed at the dining table, many times chicken pickle recipes have come to my rescue and saved my chicken cravings, I love to use this pickle with idli dosa and as an accompaniment with sambhar rice, curd rice.
    Preparation of the chicken pickle very easy and just follow my simple instructions and you will have a wonderful recipe that you will enjoy for a long time to come. You can also follow this chicken pickle recipe and make mutton, prawns, fish and other meat recipes.
    Chicken Pickle
    Chicken - 500g
    Chilli Powder - 50g
    Vinegar - 50g
    Ginger Garlic Paste - 50
    Salt - 50g
    Mustard Powder - 15g
    Methi Powder - 7g
    Turmeric Powder - 7g
    Oil - 250ml
    Take a pan, Add Oil
    Add 500g Chicken
    Cook it closed until all the moisture evaporates
    Add Ginger Garlic Paste
    Add Turmeric
    Add Salt
    Add Vinegar
    Add Chilli Powder
    Add 1 tsp Garam Masala
    Add 1 tsp Crushed Pepper
    Add Methi Powder
    Add Mustard Powder
    Mix it well & keep it aside
    Take a pan
    Add Remaining Oil
    Add Mustard seeds
    Add Curry Leaves
    Add this tempering to the Pickle
    Chicken pickle fried rice
    Add oil
    Add Mustard seeds
    Add Cumin seeds
    Add Urad dal
    Add Chana dal
    Add 1 chopped Onion
    Add salt
    Crack in 2 eggs
    Add Chicken pickle
    Add Rice
    Add chopped Coriander leaves
    Add chopped Spring Onion
