  • GOLDEN HARVEST 6 TYPES OF RICE
    COCONUT RICE
    Ingredients:-
    Basmathi rice - 1 cup
    Red chillies - 4
    Chana dal - 1 tsp
    Urad dal - 1 tsp
    Raisins - 1 tsp
    Cashew nuts - 5
    Green chillies - 4
    Curry leaves - 1 spring
    Grated coconut -1 cup
    Coconut oil - As Required
    Salt - to taste
    Sugar - ½ tsp
    METHOD-
    Firstly cook basmathi rice and keep aside . Heat coconut oil in a pan, add red chillies, chana dal, cashew nuts, urad dal, and saute it.In this add raisins, green chillies, curry leaves, and mix all of this. Now add grated coconut powder, some salt, pinch of sugar, cooked basmathi rice and mix it nicely. and serve hot.
    MANGO RICE
    Ingredients:-
    Basmathi rice - 1 cup
    Grated Mango - 1 cup
    Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    Peanuts - 2 tsp
    Chana dal - 1 tsp
    Curry leaves - 1 tsp
    Hing - 1/4 tsp
    Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    Ginger- 1 tsp
    Oil - as required
    Salt - to taste
    Water - as required
    METHOD-
    Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, peanuts, chana dal, curry leaves,hing, turmeric powder, chop ginger, and mix it.Then add grated mango, some water, let it simmer & add some salt and add boiled basmathi rice, and mix it nicely.
    TOMATO RICE
    Ingredients
    Basmathi rice - 1 cup
    Tomatoes - 1 cup
    Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    Chana dal - 1 tsp
    Urad dal - 1 tsp
    Cashew nuts - 1tb
    Hing - 1/4 tsp
    Garlic - ¼ tsp
    Ginger - 1 tsp
    Curry leaves - 1 spring
    Onions - 1 cup
    Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Garam masala - 1 tsp
    Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
    Oil - as required
    Salt - to taste
    METHOD -
    In a pan add sesame seed oil, and mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal,cashew nuts, hing, garlic, chop ginger, curry leaves, and cook it.In this add, chopped tomatoes, some onions, let it cook onions are slightly colour.Now add chilli powder, garam masala, some salt, cook it for some time. tomatoes are slightly cooked, add chopped coriander leaves, and add cooked basmathi rice, mix it well.
    CURRY LEAVES RICE
    Ingredients:-
    Basmathi rice - 1 cup
    Curry leaves - 1 cup
    Sesame seeds - 2 tsp
    Red chillies - 4
    Pepper - 1 tsp
    Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    Garlic -5 cloves
    Urad dal - 1 tsp
    Chana dal - 1 tsp
    Curd chillies - 4
    Hing - 1/4 tsp
    Sesame oil - as required
    Salt - to taste
    METHOD-
    . and serve hot.
    GUN POWDER RICE
    Ingredients:-
    Basmathi rice - 1 cup
    Toor dal - 1 tsp
    Fried chana dal- 1 tsp
    Pepper - 1 tsp
    Red chillies - 4
    Urad dal - 1 tsp
    Garlic - 5 cloves
    Coconut powder - 1 tb spn
    Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
    Curry leaves - 1 spring
    Onions - 1 cup
    Green chillies - 4
    Oil- as required
    Salt - to taste

    serve hot.
    GHEE VANKAYA RICE
    INGREDIENTS;-
    Basmathi rice - 1 cup
    Brinjal - 3
    Urad dal - 1 tsp
    Chana dal - 1 tsp
    Pepper - 1 tsp
    Fenugreek seeds - ½ t
    Cinnamon stick - 1
    Cloves - 2
    Coconut powder - 2 tsp
    Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    Onions - 1 cup
    Green chillies - 4
    Ghee - as required
    Salt - to taste
