  • Stephanie Wong is a food science student at the University of Guelph. She's in her fifth year and just finished up her final co-op placement at Puratos Canada. Puratos supplies products to the bakery, patisserie and chocolate sectors. In her co-op placement, Stephanie helped to create new food products by developing recipes, conducting tests with high tech equipment and, of course, tasting her creations!
