  • The New York Jets have grabbed headlines for almost all the right reasons during the 2019 NFL Offseason. Beginning with adding star talent during free agency in the form of Le'Veon Bell and C.J. Mosley and cementing a virtual 180 in terms of talent on the roster with a quality performance during the 2019 NFL Draft. The NY Jets wanted to trade down and recoup some draft capital they exhausted in order to trade up last year and select Sam Darnold. They were unsuccessful in doing so in the NFL Draft 2019 BUT it may have been for the best as the top ranked prospect in the draft according to Couch Potato General Manager, Quinnen Williams landed in their laps at the third pick overall. A pair of 3rd round picks netted the Jets a couple of high upside prospects in edge rusher Jachai Polite from Florida and offensive tackle Chuma Edoga out of USC. The Jets draft picks on Day 3 include: Trevon Wesco tight end from West Virginia, linebacker Blake Cashman out of Minnesota and Blessuan Austin from Rutgers. CPGM. Couch Potato GM.
