    kamoteng kahoy cake, i never tried to cooked Cassava cake so this is actually my first time...and turns out nice ..
    my apologies for some confusing instruction..ill try to cook a better one next time .with complete measurement..

    ingredients of this recipe..baked time...30 to 40 minutes
    190 degree celsius
    1 kilo shredded cassava
    1 cup melted butter
    1 canned condensed milk,ordinary size/adjust acc.to your taste
    1 cup coconut milk
    1/2 to 1 cup sugar
    1/4 c. grated cheese
    2 raw eggs

    for toppings
    butter..Parmesan cheese at Macapuno..
