    Ingredients:
    Samai aval - 1 tbl spn
    Milk - 2 ½ cups
    Saffron syrup - 2 tbl spn
    Chironji nuts - 1 tbl spn
    Ghee - 1 tsp
    Grated jaggery - ¼ cup
    Method:
    Dry roast samai aval and powder it in a mixie.
    Add milk and boil for 2 minutes.
    Mix saffron syrup and take out.
    Fry chironji nuts using little ghee and add to kheer.
