  • Soft Leftover Rice Roti - Extra Gravy Chicken Curry

    Oil - As Required
    Red chillies - 5 nos.
    Onion - 2 nos.
    Salt - As per taste
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
    Coriander powder - 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
    Chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Cumin powder - ½ tsp
    Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
    Tomatoes - 2 nos.
    Chicken - 500 gms.
    Water - As required
    Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
    Kasuri methi powder - ½ tsp
    Capsicum (pieces) - 1 nos.
    Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    All-purpose flour - ½ cup
    Water - As required


    Heat oil in a pan, add cashewnut, redchillies saute it and transfer into a blender grind into a fine paste.

    Heat oil in a pan, add onions & salt saute it till turns into slight transparent and add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder saute it until all the raw flavour is done.

    Then add tomatoes, cashew nut paste make it into a slightly thicker consistency.

    Now add chicken pieces cook it for few minutes by adding water, and add garam masala powder, kasuri methi powder, capsicum pieces cook it for some more minutes.

    Take leftover rice in a bowl, blend it into a paste and add salt, cumin seeds mix it well and add all-purpose flour, oil, water mix it well and make a dough.

    Roll the dough like rotis cook it both sides by applying some oil.

    Transfer into a plate serve it with chicken curry.
