It is the New Year according to the Hindu calendar, Maharashtrians celebrate this festival as Gudi Padwa.
The Ugadi festive reminds all of life – will consist of not just sweet experiences, but a combination of sweet, sour, salty, and bitter.
4 glass Chilled water.
4 tbsp. peeled and grated raw mango
Few neem flowers or 1 tbsp. flowers.
5 to 6 tbsp. Jaggery as needed.
1 tsp tamarind pulp.
1 tsp poppy Seeds
Roasted Chana dal to serve or garnish 4 tablespoon
First Add Tamarind Pulp
Now Mix Raw grated mango in it
Mix it Well
Pinch of Salt
Pinch Pepper Powder
Lastly, use roasted chana dal to serve.
