Mary, Mother of God: What the Early Church Fathers Believed
- Published on: 6/27/2020
- Using some of the earliest Christian writings as well as modern Church documents, Tim shows the “organic connection between our spiritual life and the dogmas” (Catechism 89) and that Mary “unites in her person and re-echoes the most important doctrines of the Faith” (Lumen Gentium 65). He brings to light the axiom “No Mary, No Jesus; Know Mary, Know Jesus” as exemplified by this most ancient Marian dogma. This talk is an excerpt from the 2019 Catholic Answers Annual Conference.
