Onion Rava Masala Dosa !!

  • This Rava dosa is a favourite item on the menu for many. This can be prepared at home and requires no grinding of dals.
    For Dosa
    Semolina/Rava 1 cup
    rice flour 1 cup
    plain flour/maida 1/2 cup
    Salt to taste
    Finely chopped onion 2
    Coriander leaves
    curry leaves
    green chillies
    Black pepper a few
    Cumin seeds/jeera 1/2 tsp
    Curd 1 tbsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Oil 2-3 tbsp
    ghee 1 tbsp

    For Masala stuffing
    Boiled potatoes 2 large
    Onions2
    green chilies 2
    Curry leaves a few
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
    Cashewnuts 1 tbsp
    ginger a small piece
    salt to taste
    hing/asafoetida
    Turmeric powder a pinch
    Lemon juice (1/2 lemon)

    Chutney
    fresh grated coconut 1cup
    roasted gram 1 tbsp
    green chilies 2
    salt
    Oil 1 tsp
    Mustard1/4 tsp
    Dry red chilli 1
