Reverse seared cold grate ribeye steaks. I over cooked these big time and yet they were still incredibly juicy.
Start with 20 lit coals for the first part then add a full chimney of lit coals for the searing.
The technique is valid my execution was flawed.
The technique was for 2” thick steaks and I used 1” thick steaks, should have seared for 30 seconds each side... live and learn,
