    Most culinary herbs turn out great when dried... most... but not all. Some herbs, like basil, cilantro, parsley, and chives undergo some serious flavor changes when dried. These herbs are best stored by other preservation techniques in order to save their bright and zesty flavors year-round.

    In this video, Carolyn shows you one of her favorite preservation methods for these herbs... freezing. This is a fast and easy project that will turn out big flavor results.
