    Ingredients for Rasmalai Cake Recipe

    1 Sponge Cake
    200 gms. Rasgullas ( Small Size)
    2 Cups Fresh Cream | Whipped Cream
    7 tbsp. Milk Masala
    2 tbsp. Chopped Pistachio
    2 tbsp. Dry Rose Patels
    Silver Varkh as required

    Moisturizing Ingredients for Rasmalai Cake
    2 tbsp. Condensed Milk
    2 tbsp. Milk
    1 tbsp Milk Masala

    Procedure :-

    Take Fresh Cream | Whipped Cream in a bowl and add Milk Masala in it and beat them till it get soft peaks. Now take Condensed Milk and Milk in a bowl and mix it well. Then add Milk Masala in it and mix well. Take sponge Cake and cut it into two parts. Place one part of the Cake on board and Moisturize the Cake with water and now spread the Condensed Milk mixture on the top. Now apply ready Cream on the Cake and spread it well. Put some small pieces of Rasgullas on the cream and again apply Cream on the top. Now Place another layer of Cake and do the Moisturizing and Condensed Milk and do the same procedure as shown in the video. Now cover the Cake with the rest of the Cream and give finishing lightly. Now sprinkle some chopped Pistachio and dry Rose patels. And garnish with Rasgulla covered with silver Varkh.

    Eggless Sponge Cake Recipe - Basic Sponge Cake - Easy Soft Cake Recipe

    Ingredients :-
    120 gms. Maida(All Purpose Flour),
    200 gms. Condense Milk,
    60 gms. Butter,
    1 tsp. Baking Powder.
    1/2 tsp. Soda-bi-carb,
    Milk as required,
    8" Baking tin

    Procedure: -
    Sieve the Maida, baking powder & Soda-bi-carb together. Beat condensed milk & margarine till it becomes fluffy. Add sieved Maida and Milk alternatively and make the batter. Pour this batter in a dusted tin and bake it at 180*C for 30-35 minutes.
