    Recipe 1: Mughlai Paratha
    Ingredients
    2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    Salt, to taste
    Water, as required
    1 teaspoon Oil
    1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
    2 Green Chillies, chopped
    1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
    1/4 cup Capsicum, finely chopped
    1/4 cup Carrot, grated
    1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
    1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
    1/2 teaspoon Aamchur Powder
    1 cup Paneer (Cottage Cheese), grated
    Desi Ghee

    Recipe 2: Burnt Garlic Fried Rice
    Ingredients
    1 tablespoon Oil
    25 Garlic Pods, smashed
    1/4 cup Spring Onion Bulbs, chopped
    1/4 cup Cabbage
    1/4 cup Carrot
    1/4 cup French Beans
    Salt, to taste
    1/4 teaspoon Soy Sauce
    1 cup Rice, cooked
    1 teaspoon Vinegar
    1/4 cup Spring Onion, chopped

    Recipe 3: Oats Dosa
    Ingredients
    1 cup Oats, roasted
    1/2 cup Sooji (Semolina)
    1/4 cup Yogurt
    1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
    1 teaspoon Ginger, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon Green Chilli, finely chopped
    2 tablespoon Onion, finely chopped
    2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
    Salt to taste
    Water
    Oil

    Recipe 4: Chapati Noodles
    Ingredients
    3 Chapathis
    1 tablespoon Oil
    1 Onion
    5 pods Garlic, finely chopped
    3 tablespoon Carrot
    2 tablespoon Cabbage
    1/4 Capsicum
    1/4 teaspoon Soya Sauce
    2 teaspoon Tomato Sauce
    1 teaspoon Pepper Powder
    Salt, to taste

    Recipe 5: Bow Tie Pasta
    Ingredients
    1 litre Water
    Salt, to taste
    100 grams Bow Tie Pasta
    1 teaspoon Olive Oil
    1 tablespoon Butter
    1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
    2 teaspoon Garlic, crushed
    1 big Onion
    1 small Carrot
    1/2 small Capsicum
    1 tablespoon Pasta Sauce
    3/4 cup Water
    1/2 teaspoon Pepper, crushed
    1/4 teaspoon Mixed Herbs

    Recipe 6: Vegetable Podi Idli
    Ingredients
    20 Mini Idlis
    Gingerly Oil
    1 tablespoon Idli Podi
    1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
    Curry Leaves
    2 tablespoon Onion
    1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
    2 tablespoon Carrot, grated
    2 tablespoon Capsicum
    Salt, to taste
    Coriander Leaves
    5 Cashew, fried in Ghee
