Rice Cooker - Paneer Tikka Tandoori and Pulao with Jeera Mattar Cashew - Biryani Masala

  • JEERA MATTER CASHEW NUT PULAO, PANEER TIKKA

    Take 2 cups of basmati rice in a bowl
    Add 3 ½ cup of water
    Add ½ cup of mint
    Add ½ cup of coriander leaves
    Add 4 green chillies
    Add 1tsp of crushed ginger & garlic
    Add 1tsp of salt and mix it.
    Heat a pan add 1tsp of cumin seeds
    Add 1 tbs of cashew nuts and dry roast it.
    Then add 1 tsp of butter
    Add 2 tbs of green peas and mix it.
    Put in to a bowl.
    Then add this mixture in to rice cooker and cook it.
    In a bowl add ½ cup of curd
    Add 1 tsp of biryani masala
    Add pinch of salt and mix it.
    Add this mixture into the rice cooker
    And put on lid.
    PANEER TIKKA;-
    Take the tooth picks and press the onion,
    Capsicum, tomato, and paneer keep a side.
    Take a bowl add 1tbs of hung curd
    Add ½ tsp of kasoori methi powder
    Add 2 pinches of cumin powder
    Add 2 pinches of garam masala
    Add ½ tsp of red chilli powder
    Add ½ tsp of coriander powder
    Add ½ tsp of chat masala
    Add ½ tsp of ginger garlic paste
    Add some salt (required)
    Add 1tsp of butter and mix it like a paste.
    Then coat this mixture in to the paneer pieces.
    In a pan apply the mustard oil
    And arrange the pieces and cook it all sides.
    Then put the hot charcoal in to the pan
    And add 1 tsp of ghee
    Transfer in to a plate.
    Now serve pulao with paneer tikka.
