    Whole Chicken - 1 Full Bird
    Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
    Yogurt - 1 Cup
    Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
    Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
    Garam Masala - 1 tsp
    Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
    Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
    Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp
    Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
    Oil - As Required
    Salt - To Taste
    First cut the chicken as shown in the video. Massage the chicken with chilli powder and salt & lime juice nicely. In a bowl add yogurt,add ginger garlic paste,turmeric,coriander powder,garam masala,cumin powder,kashmiri chilli powder,chat masala and mix it nicely. Then add some lemon juice and oil. Apply this masala to chicken and add little amount of oil. Put the whole chicken in oven at the highest temperature for 45-50 minutes.

    Chicken 65 Biryani in Rice Cooker FRIED CHICKEN BIRYANI

    In a bowl add 1 tsp of crushed ginger & garlic
    Add 1 tb spn of mint
    Add 1 tb spn of coriander leaves
    Add 1tbs of chopped green chillies
    Add whole garam masala
    Add 4 cups of mixed salt water & 2 cups of rice
    And pour this mixture in to a rice cooker
    Take a bowl add 1 tb spn of biryani masala
    Add 1 cup of curd
    Add 1 tsp of salt
    Add 1tbs of biryani masala
    Add 2 tb spn of butter
    And mix it well & keep a side.
    Fried chicken;-
    Take 500 grams of chicken in a bowl
    Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
    Add pinch of garam masala
    Add chopped curry leaves
    Add 1 tsp of pepper powder
    Add 1 tsp of coriander powder
    Add 1/2tsp of cumin powder
    And mix it well.
    Then add 1 tsp of corn flour
    Add 1 tsp of all purpose flour
    Add a little amount of oil and mix it.
    Now fry the chicken pieces in hot oil.
    Pour 1tsp of saffron colour
    Then put the chicken pieces & fried onions
    on the top of rice.
    Pineapple raita;-
    In a bowl add 1cup of curd pinch of red chilli powder
    Add pinch of salt
    Add 1/2cup of pineapple pieces and mix it.
