    1 cup ragi flour/finger millet/nachni
    1/2 tsp salt
    Desi ghee as needed

    Those with thyroid issues should limit to 3 times a week or can have it with equal quantity of other grains. Millets are gluten free, but it does contain goitrogens. Eat millets in moderation. Eat a variety of food grains like rice, whole wheat, barley, quinoa, millets, oatmeal etc rather than stick to one particular grain.
