    Ingredients

    Tamarind Water
    Jaggery
    Green chili
    Raw Mango
    Salt
    Neem Flower
    Banana (optional)

    Method:
    1. Soak the tamarind in warm water.
    2. Ugadi pachadi is the mixture of six tastes, Tangy, Sweet, Spicy, Sour, Salt & Bitter.
    3. In bowl (Buy : https://goo.gl/2S3IeV ) mix Tamarind water for Tanginess, Jaggery for Sweetness, Green chili for Spiceness,
    Raw Mango for Sourness, Salt for Saltiness, Neem Flower for Biterness and Banana (optional).
    4. Ugadi Pachadi is ready.
