    1 tbsp oil (तेल)
    1/2 tsp mustard seeds (सरसों के बीज)
    Curry leaves (कड़ीपत्ता)
    3 dried red chillies, chopped (मिर्ची)
    1 Mango, grated or chopped (आम)
    Pinch of turmeric powder (हल्दी)
    1/4 cup dried Neem flowers (नीम के फूल)
    1/4 cup tamarind water (इम्ली)
    Hing water (हींग)
    1/4 cup Jaggery (गुड़)
    Salt (नमक)
    Water as required (पानी)

    Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add neem flowers. Roast for a minute and keep aside.
    In remaining oil add mustard, curry leaves and Red chillies. After a minute add the cut mango pieces and saute.After about 3-4 minutes or so, add 3/4 cup of water, salt and turmeric. Cover and allow to cook until the mango pieces soften.
    Add crushed jaggery,hing and Tamarind. Mix until it dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly. Finally sprinkle roasted neem flowers on top and simmer for another minute.
