  • Tacos, but make them Indian and easy.


    RECIPE -

    Ingredients -
    1/4 cup red capsicum, diced
    1/4 cup yellow capsicum, diced
    1/4 cup green capsicum, diced
    1/4 cup onion, diced
    1/4 cup jalapeños
    1/4 cup black olives
    1 tsp black pepper powder
    1 tsp salt
    Chilli flakes, Italian herbs, tomato ketchup to taste

    Directions -

    Mix together all the capsicum, onion, jalapeños, olives, pepper, salt.
    Take your leftover rotis, and dress each with Italian herbs, chilli flakes, tomato sauce.
    Fold twice over and keep dressing each layer.
    Hold it like a cone, and fill it with the vegetable mixture, then grated cheese.
    Place on a hot pan or griddle, and cook on both sides until golden brown.
