Laing is an authentic dish from Bicol. It is made of Taro leaves, shrimp paste & coconut milk.
2 packs of Gabi or Taro leaves
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 onions (sliced)
1 Ginger (sliced)
2 pcs red chili
4 pcs green chili
3 tbsp Shrimp paste
Coconut cream (1st & 2nd extraction)
10 - 15 pcs hrimp (optional)
2 slices of pork belly (optional)
Laing is best served with freshly cooked white rice.
